This panel tackles some of the most common, and often misunderstood, questions facing AML professionals today. Designed as a practical, no-nonsense session, participants will gain clarity on key compliance challenges and regulatory expectations through real-world scenarios and expert-led discussion.

Topics will include navigating beneficial ownership responsibilities and expectations, properly leveraging Voluntary Self-Disclosures of Non-Compliance (VSDONCs), and how far back you go when filing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). The session will also discuss techniques such as reverse media searches, as well as the use and implications of production orders in financial crime investigations.
